Catalyst Financial Company was founded in 1994 by bankers who recognized the need for working capital financing among small to medium-sized businesses, through the discounted purchase of accounts receivable, also known as factoring.

The Catalyst team is based in Houston and serves Texas and the surrounding states. Our unique combination of managerial talent and practical business experience differentiate us from others in the industry and allows us to focus on the individual needs of our customers.
